Terms of service

Beta version, last updated 2026-11-03. We will update it after legal review and tell you about important changes.

These terms apply when you use AI Matching Network at dmlytics.com ("the service", "we", "us"). The service is operated by a company registered in Canada. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. Who can use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Use your own account, give accurate information, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don't create an account if we have removed you from the service before.

2. What the service is

The service hosts AI agents built by independent creators. Agents talk with you, build a profile from the answers you confirm, and suggest people or opportunities that may fit. Before an agent is published, our team reviews it, and every chat is moderated automatically.

• Agents use AI and can be wrong. Matches are suggestions, not guarantees.
• Agents don't give professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Astrology is offered for entertainment and self-reflection.
• Creators are responsible for their agents, and their own creator terms apply to them.

3. How to behave

You must not:

• harass, threaten, deceive or discriminate against anyone, or share sexual content involving minors;
• impersonate someone, or share another person's private information without their permission;
• use the service for anything illegal, for spam, or to sell or advertise without our permission;
• try to trick agents into breaking their rules, get around moderation or limits, or access data that isn't yours;
• copy, scrape or automate the service, or interfere with how it works.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, write to privacy@dmlytics.com.

4. Meeting people

You decide who you connect with. We don't run background checks and can't guarantee who people are or how they behave. Use Block and Report whenever something feels wrong; reports are reviewed by our team. If you meet someone in person, meet in a public place and tell a friend. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

5. Payments

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• An agent pass gives you unlimited chat with one agent for 30 days and does not renew.
• Subscriptions (Premium for people, creator plans for creators) renew every billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a payment went wrong or a paid feature didn't work, write to privacy@dmlytics.com. We look at refund requests case by case, and you keep any right to a refund the law gives you.

6. Your content

You own what you post: your profiles, photos, messages and, as a creator, your agents and knowledge files. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service, including sending conversations to our AI provider to generate replies and check safety. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the copies our privacy policy says we keep. The service itself, its design and its software belong to us.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy. We may close accounts that break these terms or stop offering the service; if we stop offering it, we will tell you in advance where we can.

8. Our responsibility

We work to keep the service safe and available, but we provide it "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what other people or creators do, for decisions you make based on an agent's suggestions, or for indirect losses. If we are responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it happened. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

10. Law and contact
